Why is everyone having a go?!
People who are confident going into this game are nothing short of deluded!
We'll be lucky to scrape a draw IMO

It's his opinion; no need to jab at him for it. Besides, you'd all be shame-faced if that actually turned out to be the right scoreline. That's true, and I was covering for tatty, honestly.

Wouldn't you feel more confident if the players were doing less talking this week? It's difficult to find a newspaper online that isn't featuring a blip from Giggs or O'Shea or Rooney et al trying to reassure the fans. I'm not sure why, but that's making me more nervous than if there was nothing but silence coming out of Carrington.
I was a little vocal last weekend asking for the captain or the manager to come out after the match to try to offer an explanation. I wanted Ryan to stand in front of a camera, still in his dirty kit, and tell me what went wrong. What we got was SAF sprinting to make his plane, and his lieutenant blaming it on the fatigue factor from the internationals. Now in the past few days, the lads have been making reassuring noises, and telling the press how grand all the other boys are. Why am I not feeling particularly reassured?

This will be tough game for sure; Le Arse play cracking football and will be a real test. We have the advantage of being at home and neither side wants a replay.
The return of Rooney and Evra is timely and should provide the momentum to guide us to a 2-1 win.
With respect to those who have been negative; this is an open forum and everyone's view/opinion should be appreciated. If we're all honest this game could go either way, and a 1-0 defeat would not be unexpected.

I think a lot more is being made out of this than is needed to be.
Footballers will always talk up their game, every single one of them do it.
As long as the lads come out on Saturday and give us a performance and hopefully the right result, I'll not be bothered how much they talk.

Not looking forward to be honest. It's a must win game and we're not in the best of form and Arsenal are.
I still think we'll get the win though. 2:1

I'd actually love to here that. Fuck 'professionalism'; that's why I loved Keano. He always spoke his mind.

Brings back memories of SAFs' "knocked Liverpool of their fucking perch!" speech

Watching a clip of Fegies interview and he's not looking confident, infact he looks worried.
As for Wengers "injuries" that's just bollocks, Adeybeyore will play and so will Fabregas. Fabregas is down on Arsenals website as having a "sore throat"

Need a result after last weeks embarrassment, a performance might be asking too much.

We need to start playing well again. A win would be amazing, but I wouldn't be too disappointed if we drew. As long as we improve our game.

The forum has been quiet lately, maybe people are still depressed.
