Fergie will buy anything if its too good not to get as he puts it.
Not sure about Riquelme, if he is to come i doubt it would be until afterwards as his price can't rise with the relsease clause as far as we know so it would be better to see his performance at the highest stage against different opposition..

I know they won't go but I want Fletcher and Richardson to go, and I realistically think Silvestre will go.
I just don't want Ferguson to have the option of putting that muck (Fletcher and Richardson) into our team anymore....but I've always been an idealist!

Fletcher is the only player there I think needs to go. Richardson has SO much potential, he just needs more game time. I think he's a bit of a cock, but we'd be mad to let him go now. Silvestre could go...but to be honest, if Heinze gets injured again, I'd rather see Silvestre at left back over what I've seen from Evra so far.

There's lots of talk over here in Oz (mainly from the Italian contingent over here) that Fergie has asked Juve about Vieira. Could this be true. Juve are in the doo doo at the moment and Vieira isn't happy. Could this also be one of the reasons that Fergie has fallen out with Ruud as we all know there is not much love lost between Ruud and Vieira. With Smith coming back to fitness, Rossi coming along nicely and Saha and Rooney linking up well, I think it could be a good move. Although I would love us to keep Ruud, everyone has their sell by date (Robson, Keane, Beckham to name but a few) Fergie has tried to buy him twice before. A proven player in the premiership in the mould of Keano. All this imho.

One thing S A F doesn't shy away from is geting players away from Old Trafford. Surely Neumyr should have had that "year in Antwerp"? We should get players IN before getting them out. At least it would be a novel approach (altho the winter window was ok)
