From SportingLife:
Manchester United reserve team coach Rene Meulensteen has confirmed he is in talks to become the new coach of Brondby.
Michael Laudrup left the Danish club last month after his contract expired, and Meulensteen has been given permission by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson to enter discussions with the side that finished second in last season's SAS-Ligaen.
"I was contacted by Brondby and I asked them to clear up things with Manchester United before we proceeded," Meulensteen told Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet.
"I went to Alex Ferguson and talked to him and he was very helpful."
The 41-year-old Dutchman joined United's backroom staff in 2001.

it'll be a great opportunity for him though a loss for us as he's done well with the reserve team.

He's earnt it #thumb#
Little bit of loyalty wouldn't go a miss but its a great oppurtunity he should take it.

We've lost two great reserve team coaches in two years if he leaves us. He has been great and fully deserves his chance.
