news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/programmes/newsnight/5037494.stmApparently they've been giving money to some Belgian Club who are bringing in Ivory Coast players and this is against FIFA rules. Punishment could be them getting knocked out the Champions League. Wouldn't it be funny if the one reason Henry stayed for is gone.

I just read this now, lol. They wont be kicked out of the CL, but it would be pretty funny if they were. Spurs taking their place?

Yeah it would be amazing. I dont think Spurs would take their place though, they will probably give the place to another country. I doubt it will happen, but hope it does. Arsenal with no CL football in their new stadium!

No I don't want them to be booted out...I want them to be there so when we play them we crush them 3-0 and they'll have United to thank for their lack of European titles.

I really would love to see them out of the Champions League, the money they'd lose, the players they'd lose.
It would bring a smile to my face. =)

Apparently there is also a chance they could get relegated. I wouldn't want that to happen as the Preiership isn't the same without us beating them, but I hope they're not in the Champions League, it would make my season.

Ain't nothing going to happen.
Arsenal have too much control over the FA as it is, look at the inclusion of Walcott & Campbell in the England squad, as well as Wenger & Dein's involvement of appointing the new manager. The most severe punishment, if found guilty of course, will be exclusion from the Champions League which will be great to see. But, if they are found guilty I see a fine being given. Nothing ever happens to the big clubs, yet these little clubs in old divisions 1,2 & 3 get relegation and points deducted because they have no power. Just as Juventus will get away with severe punishment by the Italian FA there is too much politics involved in these big decisions.
Imagine what would happen if Juventus & Arsenal were kicked out of the top leagues in Italy & England respectively?...The economy would get slightly damaged because of the masses of money these clubs are paying and bringing in to their countries.
It is scandalous how the 'bigger clubs' as such can get away with big dodgy dealings and Chelsea are testament to this. The situations with Ashley Cole & John Obi Mikel prove that they can get away with murder. I exclude Manchester United because we have always been given a hard time from the authorities, just ask a certain Mr. Rio Ferdinand.
The FIFA, UEFA & the national FAs need to unite and come to a big decision on factors such as Beveran, work permits, agents and situations such as John Obi Mikel, etc to make football respectable on the business side again. Of course these clubs are bringing in money and making the economies of themselves and big European countries massive but the 'big clubs' need to know they are not bigger than the authorities and they will be punished!

Relegated, seriously? Oh the smile on my face now. Could you imagine that? I know it wouldn’t happen like, but its still a funny thought, with Henry signing a new contract too. Have that MR Vava Voom.

Aaaah we can only dream of arsenal one day recieving a just punishment for they're stupidity! The very thought of one of their players getting an 8 month ban for forgetting to pee in a cup at the right time must send shivers down the fa's spines! Nah they'll probably get a fine if anything... you know really hit them where it hurts!
