From Sky Sports:
Luis Aragones has agreed to stay on as Spain manager.
The 67-year-old was considering his future with the national team after Spain crashed out of the World Cup to France earlier this week.
The Spanish Football Federation were keen to keep the veteran coach and Aragones has decided to extend his contract.
Aragones has agreed a deal to keep him in charge of Spain until Euro 2008 and the former Atletico Madrid boss was happy with the faith shown in him by the SFF.
"The (Spanish Football) Federation were pleased with my work and this motivated me to extend my contract," said Aragones.

The Spanish FA is a disgrace for not taking a firm stance on the obvious problem it has with racism and by not reprimanding Aragones or seriously fining clubs who allow racist supporters to spew their vitriol, they're condoning this shameful behavior. I heard on the news that FIFA is considering banning nations who's leagues have large problems with racism and I support that move because it's time that we not tolerate this on any level. #nono#
