Playing a lot more games consecutively is exactly something that would involve pressure. Pressure to perform. If he doesn't want pressure then he wouldn't be thrust into the center stage of playing week in week out. Pressure at Manchester United and pressure at a club like West Brom is a completely different thing. Don't be so silly man. There would be far more scope for him to be inconsistent and still get picked. totally get what your saying in regards to different clubs having different pressures, some players are great at a smaller club and as soon as they get into the ocean of a bigger club with bigger stars etc they just collapse. quaresma looks great at smaller clubs, when he was in big clubs lad just could not turn it on. honestly though on adnan only he can fix this problem, he controls his attitude, no one else, but honestly if its that bad I'd be calling moyes and tell him 'give us 20 million and the lad is all yours'

I thought he was fantastic during the Moyes debacle and I really hope that he can prove himself during his loan spell. He should probably aim to play as much as he can on the right wing and show that he has a future there.

Here is one for the apologists: www.espn.in/football/belgium/story/2710648/adnan-januzaj-has-bad-mentality-belgium-u21-boss-scifoAppears U21 is beneath Mr I already made it. Pereira not only participated but was in team of tournament. Making 6 sub appearences over 5 months is entirely his fault. There was a point last season where Reus was injured as usual and Kagawa had a dip in form. Micki played No 10 but even then Adnan didn't make bench. Hofmann and Ramos filled in wide positions. Talent is quite clearly there but bigger prospects have fallen by wayside as their head wasn't screwed straight. I still hold out a very tiny bit of hope that Adnan wises up. Sink or swim time.

Should really quote it all.... Januzaj's agent, Dirk Devriese, told La Derniere Heure that the forward had been reluctant to join Scifo's squad as a result of his current situation in Dortmund, saying "It's not a question of having a bad mentality." He added: "Dortmund are a well-oiled machine, currently one of the best teams in Europe. "Don't forget that Adnan was not there for the preseason -- but the club allows us time. When [Ilkay] Gundogan and [Robert] Lewandowski got here, they also needed six months to find the right rhythm." On Thursday, Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc rejected reports that Januzaj could return to Old Trafford in the winter, and saying that it is "not an issue" at present.

We know he's capable of that, brilliant goal. Can he manage to get his head down for the whole season, that'll what gets him back here.

That's why I was reluctant to compliment the goal. It's an excellent strike but if he spent the whole game with his hands on his hips waiting for the ball and just walking around we're still at square one.

Took it with his right foot too...
I'm so hoping he fulfils his potential and we keep him on...the only bright spark of the dreadful Moyes era...

Adnan Januzaj will be told by Manchester United next week that he has no future at the club. The Belgian — who has spent the last two seasons out on loan at Sunderland and Borussia Dortmund — had hoped to be given a second chance by José Mourinho, but it is understood that the United manager does not see the 22-year-old as part of his plans. Januzaj has one year left on his deal, weakening United’s negotiating position. He could cost between £10 million and £15 million, with Marseilles and Lyons showing the strongest interest. www.thetimes.co.uk/article/adnan-januzaj-heading-towards-manchester-united-exit-dw0s67w67
