good results for the guys shame for Jacobsen which did a good jump in the first round but not in the second,he misses a chance for the podium but im sure we will see more from him. Bjorn is back good to know he started the season with a victory no a good jump the second one but wind condition wasn't so good for the jumpers. heeeeeeeeeeeeeeiaaaaaaaaaaaa norgeeeeeee *claps* brilliant for Romoren.

Schlierenzauer (AUT) wins with a hill record in Pragelato
17-year-old Gregor Schlierenzauer (AUT) set a new hill record of 143.5 meters in the final round to win of the third competition in the Four-Nations-Grand-Prix held at Pragelato (ITA) Thursday. A full house of 6,000 spectators, according to official estimates, attended to see another demonstration of Austrian early season prowess.
Behind Schlierenzauer, Thomas Morgenstern (AUT), who became Olympic champion on the same hill, took the 2nd place. Morgenstern now shares the lead in the tournament with Adam Malysz (POL), who finished 3rd.
In the first round, Roar Ljoekelsoey (NOR) impressed with a jump of 133 metres and perfect style, taking the lead at half-way point. In the second round, a jumper after another delivered great long jumps. Martin Schmitt (GER), only 12th after the first round, took an early lead with a second jump of 141.5m which held until it was Malysz's turn. Thomas Morgenstern then jumped 143m which seemed unbeatable until Schlierenzauer wiped out the previous record with his hill record jump. Martin Schmitt, who ended up fourth, was the day's “Manner Man of the Day.”
A newcomer in the summer FIS Grand Prix Ski Jumping series, Pragelato made a successful debut and hopes to host other important events in the future. Carlo Fernandez, Venue manager, noted: “We're certainly not stopping here, as we're organizing the Italian Championships in Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined on 22nd-23rd September and on 1st-2nd December, the men's Ski Jumping Continental Cup. Our objective is to open the venue on November 1st with artificial snow.”

Morgenstern (AUT) wins at Einsiedeln und the Four-Nations-Grand-Prix Thomas Morgenstern (AUT) took his second victory in the FIS Grand Prix Ski Jumping at the 4th stage of the Four-Nations-Grand-Prix in Einsiedeln (SUI). 4'400 spectators attended the night competition held in ideal conditions. The winner of the first competition in Hinterzarten (GER), Morgenstern was only 13th after the first round but ensured victory both Saturday and in the special Four-Nations-Grand-Prix tournament with a strong, 114.5 m jump in the second round. He also now leads the overall FIS Grand Prix Ski Jumping ranking.
Adam Malysz (POL), finished second, beating Jernej Damjan (SLO) by just 0.1 points. Malysz, too, managed to improve from the 8th to the 2nd place thanks to his last jump and thereby kept his 2nd place in the Four-Nations-Grand-Prix rankings. Gregor Schlierenzauer (AUT) who led after the first round fell to the 6th in the final results and also lost his chance for winning the Four-Nations-Grand-Prix, finishing third.
Another Austrian win
