Cracking end for SmackDown! that. Really hope they don't look to string Roman's reign out over to WM40, it is imploding at the correct pace now and should be done by Survivor Series latest (still losing to Cody).

I saw the end, Roman with the best superkick sell in years. Haven’t been watching much, but thinking with Punk’s return, Bryan vs Okada scheduled and MITB coming up from over here, this would be a good time to get back involved.

Two huge shows happening in the UK in the next three months, both will be fantastic.
Hopefully Punk has the good sense to come back as a heel, but I think Khan might (although overall being good) be too blind to do that.

Totally forgot about the Wembley show as well! Is this opening episode of Collision or whatever it’s called from Chicago? He’s going to be a face there whatever he does. It’s a Bret in Canada job init.

And think he's too arrogant to expect it, though he is experienced enough to deal with it (or maybe not - he's always been the insurgent face, not the 'crowd legit hates you' heel who he often faced, so this would be new for him).

If the Bucks etc genuinely will not work with him then they’re a bigger bunch of fucking dorks than I thought they were. Hottest feud in god knows how long on their hands and they’re turning it down. Punk and Joe squaring off after all these years was class. Other than that, the opening promo and having an Elton song as the theme, it was just another AEW show. Hit and miss.

Completely forgot I’d ordered this, but an original Starrcade 1997 poster arrived at my house today, set to go on the wall in my man dungeon.
Total clusterfuck of a poster, very of it’s time, but opening it made my fucking day. If anyone’s not seen it and is googling, it’s the “Hogan’s a colourful guy…” one.

Money in the Bank was fantastic live. Just wish LA Knight won, he was so over it's insane.

Absolute state of the WWE Network update. Interface completely unusable and can’t simply go back to say, Raw 1997 and watch in order. You have to type in the individual date of the ep in the search feature.
Don’t fix what aint broken!

Mobile version signs you out constantly as well. I guess they’re not putting much effort into the Network anymore now it’s no longer the American model.

Getting excited for All In now. Wish Tony would stop making all the matches at the last minute though. My two favourites (Hangman and Orange Cassidy) seem miles off a match - they seemed to be building to Orange vs. Moxley but not sure if they still are? And Hangman hasn't had anything. They're both heavily featured in promotional material so sure they'll have a match each but wish they'd just confirm it.

I lost a bit of interest when Danielson got injured, the rumoured idea of him vs Nigel was very appealing to me. Still excited about it though. As much as anything the pure scope and ambition of it is brilliant. I literally can’t even imagine it. It’s my partner’s birthday that day which prevented me getting a ticket and will prevent me watching live sadly.

Particularly when he was in the Fed.
