For me Robert Green has been sensational. On a more serious note, Ozil, Van der Wiel impressed me. +1 on Van der Wiel. Let's hope Arse don't snap him up.

Watching the Chile game now. Alexis Sanchez, who we have been linked with on a regular basis for the past 2-3 years is having a brilliant game imo.

Lichtsteiner - Good pace. Good positioning. Strong in the tackle. 7.5/10 Benaglio - Quick off the line. 8/10
Ottmar Hitzfeld - 10/10!

Our new boy Hernandez score against France. Evra will welcome him back at Carrington.

Great run. Great finish. Would form a terrific partnership with Berba in my opinion. Looks like a better version of Owen.

Players who have impressed me so far in my opinion of course. Not gonna talk alot about ones like di maria because we knew alot before going in.
Alexis sanchez - because he's a good old fashioned winger actually takes his man on and lightening quick feet
Mauricio Isla - super right back full of running
Egidio AREVALO - Been really impressed with this lad, a real powerhouse of a midfield player very like gattuso of old, breaks everything up and covers every blade of grass, one of the main reasons uruguay are so good defensively
Mesut Ozil - A bright spark in the german team no doubt.

Bradley for America impressed me again today. Looks a very solid holding midifielder.

Seen comments about Rooney poor performances, I strongly think that its the poor play around him. Not once did England put a cross in to Rooney in the box, knowing that his current form with scoring headers is impressive.

Stewart: I've been saying for the last 18-24 months that Bradley is going to be a star. He's consistently solid (when he keeps his cool and stays out of the book) and should be playing for a bigtime European club someday. No offense meant to Borussia Munichenanerinchengladbach.
I would add Robinho and Gervinho(Ivory Coast) if they haven't been listed already.

Andre Ayew of Ghana has impressed me big time. Don´t know if he´s mentioned here already. Can´t bother to read the whole thread.
