Ozil destroyed England at the Under 20's a couple of years ago and is a fantastic talent in hte making. Exacrly the kind of player we need. Exactly the kind of player worth spending some of that 80 million Ronaldo money on. Exactly no fucking chance of this happening.

Broadcasters are trying to get them banned for the second round. Why would you pay a substantial amount of money into a game and spend the game blowing a horn ? Does not make sense. Maybe because its better than singing songs about Gerrard being 'big and fuckin hard'. I'd never sing for anyone except someone who plays for United so blowing a horn would be much better! Nice to know that at least one mod is multi-lingual...

This Lukas Podolski is an amazing talent. He scored, what? 3 goals last season for his club, but when he´s called up for Germany he´s absolutely on fire. Same goes for Klose. Terrible club season but hits the target here from the start. That´s the mental strenght of the germans I talked about in an earlier conversation. When they come to a tournament they immediately forget all old shit and concenrate for the three or four weeks necessary. That mentality certainly has nothing to be affeliated with the english. It´s the same hurt for you guys every time.

Come on. You know what I mean. there is a certain amount of pressure on your players from the press and the fans. That´s what makes them underachieve. The germans usually go to tournaments with this "It´s us against everybody else"-mentality. there is a certain cockiness about them that carries them through.

The world press usually writes them off before every WC or EC for various reasons: the coach, them being too old or too young, you name it. They just don´t give a fuck and concentrate on the task ahead.

That was never a red. Referee's have been excellent so far, but that was a bad decision.

That was a disgraceful decision. The ref is terrible. 2 WC games last tournament and 2 red cards, 1st game this tournament - 1 red card.
Attention seeking perhaps??

Perhaps, but I think that Cahills reputation went before him. Its like all the officials have a portfolio of players who have bad reps. Nevertheless, Germany have been impressive to say the least and they have been playing as a TEAM. Imagine, Argentina have Messi and Higuain, whereas Germany has quality for each position. God help Argentina should they play Germany because Argentina will lose as, Germany are technically superior.

Is Cahill going to be suspended for one or two games now?

on ozil yes he looks tidy but wait until he plays against a decent side. klose and podolski may do it for germany but theres alot of dishonesty in a player who can score so many goals in world cups but for the next 4 years be utter kack. There both average players and don't really do it against top class sides.
