yeah, not surprising so, altho the french cant be picky after last night....anyone would be better than what they have. In fairness tho, the Championship is better than quite a few countries top divisions i think. All the Korean players are industrious. Park is an unsung hero(no pun intended) at times for us as he just gets his head down and plays,even tho he isnt a world class player, and doesnt moan when he is left out. Scholes, Giggs, Rio, Ole were all like Parky, if they were left out, there was a reason and they all knew that they will some sort of contribution during the season. A few games on the bench at Manchester United isn't a sign of a bad player, on the contrary, it is the sign of Sir Alex using his loaf to rest certain players. I cannot believe that the korean had the tenacity to try and pass the ball into the net....  |

I'd say the Championship might be on par with the Portuguese Liga Sagres, it's very good for a second division and most European top divisions, other than Germany, Spain, Italy, France, are quite poor(well France is poor but better than the majority) |

Didn't bother watching the match.. Saw only the highlights and a really classy goal by Park.. Aren't the Greeks supposed to be defensively good ?

Not been super impressed by Argentina. They'll likely win this one comfortably but I don't think Argentina will be true contenders. Any higher quality team that can have a plan for Messi could beat them. Well anyway thats my judgement after 45 mins |
