Crisiane "Cyborg" Justino to make her UFC debut at 198 against Leslie Smith. This somehow doesn't seem like as big of a deal as it would have been if Ronda was still champion. UFC 200 Rousey will beat Tate and get the title back. Then the Rousey/Cyborg fight will do the rounds. Hope it happens and I hope Rousey beats him.

I wonder if she's off the juice yet? I guess she must be. I can't see her making 135 if she was still juicing. Cutting to 145 used to be a struggle for her.

So a few fights have been announced for UFC 200
Conor vs. Nate rematch
Cain Velasquez vs. Travis Browne
Joe Lauzon vs. Diego Sanchez
Takanori Gomi vs. Jim Miller
These are all solid fights, but it's an underwhelming as fuck so far. They're going to need to add some marquee fights to do the event justice. I'll be pissed off if Conor and Nate are the main event. The main event should be a title fight.

Besides, I'd rather she fought Holm again than had a third fight with Tate. It doesn't look like Robbie Lawler is going to be on the card, which is a shame. And I guess RDA will still be injured. But there are rumbling that Aldo might fight Frankie Edgar for the interim featherweight title. That would be great, but I can't pretend I wouldn't rather see a Conor Aldo rematch.

Gegard Mousasi vs. Derek Brunson and Johny Hendricks vs. Kelvin Gastelum have also been confirmed. It's looking like a really strong card, but I still think it's slightly underwhelming.

Aldo and Edgar is confirmed, and Sage Northcutt vs Enrique Marin has also been added. Shaping up to be a very nice card, to be fair, but it just doesn't feel like a landmark card. Maybe I'm just hard to please.
But with that being said, Dana White has apparently said that the co-main hasn't been announced yet and that "minds will be blown". I think what Dana thinks is mind blowing probably isn't the same as what the fans think is mind blowing. Fedor would blow minds, or maybe a return of GSP or Nick Diaz, but it'll probably end up being Holm vs. Tate.

Rory MacDonald Vs Stephen Thompson signed for the June 18th Fight Night. That's a hell of a fight. I'm surprised they didn't book this for 200. It would be a perfect undercard fight. one of the best MMA fights I have ever seen was Lawler vs McDonald.. Epic!! I watched the highlights on YouTube, farkin ell, bloody warfare that one.

MMA is relatively new to me. So I've being watching vids of various fights and Fedor is the standout for me. The guy was a beast. One I watched where he was slammed into the canvas and had no business getting up, but get up he did and won the fight. Amazing. I also watched a few of Kimbo Slice's fights. Hmmm. Just a brawler really. Although I wouldn't Fuck with him!!

So apparently DC is injured and out of UFC 197... And here is a camera man realising that he is zoomed in too close on Miesha Tate.

So Miesha Tate will defend against Amanda Nunes at 200. That shit just don't make sense. Still underwhelmed by the 200 card.
Also, Ovince Saint Preux is taking Cormier's place and fighting Jones at 197. There's more chance of Jones losing to a drug test than losing to OSP.

BJ Penn is coming out of retirement to fight Dennis Siver at UFC 199. I love BJ, but he really should stay retired. At least he's fighting a mid-level fighter (by UFC standards), and not one of the top guys. BJ made a career of fighting the best fighters who were in their prime, even when he was past his. He was outmatched in his last few fights. I'm glad he's in there with someone he has a chance of beating this time.
