Westbrook to the Lakers. This is going to be interesting. Need some shooters now though. I don't know why they traded for him. They gave away whatever pieces they had. I love Russ but what does he bring to this team? Only hope now is they use Schroeder and get some good spot up guys in. |

He can take over most of the ball handling duties. Schroeder will be traded as well, no doubt. The only guy I'll truly miss is KCP tbh. |

Now that you Lakers guys season is over, you should check out Winning Time, based on the book Showtime. I imagine it plays loose enough with facts but it’s cracking tv. Adrien Brody in particular is superb as Pat Riley. But fuck me Jason Clarke is phenomenal as an incredibly grumpy Jerry West.

Is it just me or the NBA gotten way too whiny lately? This Grizzlies/Warriors series just reeks of kids throwing toys out the pram.
I also learned today that the term knuckle-dragger has racist connotations.

This is a very good game. Intense as anything. I think the winner of this wins it all, particularly if Middleton can return from injury.
