Two game 7s tonight with no idea how either will play out. If I had to bet I think home advantage might be the deciding factor but nothing would surprise me. I do think whoever wins between the Nuggets and the Timberwolves will win the finals. Luka says no.

Really showed us, with our predictions, that basketball is all about matchups. DPOY is being headhunted out there and made to look so foolish.

It would have taken a lot I don’t disagree. However this matchup is a nightmare. Game 1 Ant tried guarding Kyrie and was completely spent by the end of it. KAT is jacking up 3s when he should be getting his ass in the paint. Instead he’s 8/45 or something from 3. Rudy is getting annihilated on defense, he’s next to useless on offense. He should be getting benched for Naz. Keep in mind Luka is playing hurt too.

One of the greatest people the NBA has ever seen, a man who averaged absurd points in an era without a 3 point line, a man who made the Bill Russell era Celtics breathe a sigh of relief when he injured his hammy, a man who is possibly the unluckiest in the history of the NBA finals, a man who built dynasties, the greatest NBA executive in history, a true gentleman, a true wolf among dogs, the logo.
RIP, Jerry West.

He made the Lakers what they are today. RIP big man.. The lakers, classy organization that they are, revoked his lifelong season tickets in 2022. Tickets that were promised to him by Dr Buss himself.

I know they hd their chance but the Nuggets would have put up a far better fight against the Celtics.

Lol ! This is so true. Nobody else has a chance. Patrick Beverley is my favourite player right now. That guy would go into a kindergarten basketball game and talk shit to the toddlers. He's a remnant of the old era and I love it. He’s great. My youngest son has gone basketball mad and signed up for the academy of Dublin’s best team. He loves the Clippers and the Bucs so by extension I do too! I taped their first 2 games and if they can avoid serious injury they’ll stomp pretty much everyone. That score line from last night actually flattered the Warriors. I thought I’d posted this a few years ago all right. So my son has developed at quite a rate (and grown at a similar rate, he’s big which helps!). Last week he represented Dublin in a regional tournament which they swept and he’s been included in a pathways for potential international players programme. And even though I’m biased, he’s pretty damn good. He hit his first 3 pointer in a game at age 10, then hit another one in the same game to prove it wasn’t a fluke!

What position does he prefer?
