Speaking of A Clockwork Orange, am I the only one who finds it overrated? 3 films that are highly rated that I never took to are that, Requiem for a Dream and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Funnily enough they’re quite similar, all kind of trippy.

Has anyone watched ANNA on Prime? Yet another Salt,Red Sparrow, Atomic Blonde-type movie, this time starring Sasha Luss in the titular role, another, impossibly beautiful super-spy who could kill you with a rolled-up piece of tissue paper!. 5/10
I keep meaning to watch that
I nearly plumped for zombieland 2. Woody is one of my favourite actors.
I liked Zombieland 2. Watched both back to back. Double Helping of Emma Stone is always good too.
Watched “Midway’” last night, I really enjoyed it, really good SFX.
They made a few historical mistakes in that. One major one being that they have several Yamato class battleships in the same fighting scene (A small gripe but yeah)
I love Emma, but didn’t it seem like she didn’t want to be there for the second one? Uninteresting performance.

It's on most streaming platforms mate. Just watched it now-via my Firestick ,brilliant,Affleck gets better and better with every film. It’s a really good film. Just when you think it’s going to veer into sports movie cliche it goes in a different direction.

Annihilation. Sci-fi movie that will definitely leave you with questions. It is slow though (which I loved). Same director as Ex Machina. 8/10
Beasts of No Nation. Meant to be good but haven’t seen it yet myself.
Roma. I loved this one. It’s a slice of life film, so not much narrative. Just reflections from someone’s life. Beautifully made. 9/10
