You played The Witcher 2 and Deus Ex: Human Revolution and didn't enjoy them? What's wrong with you?  Seriously though, those 2 games were superb imo, especially Deus Ex and with Skyrim still to come this year has been pretty solid for RPGs. |

The Witcher 2 could have been one of the best RPG's of all time had it just kept its quality up in the 3rd act. Skyrim and possibly The Old Republic will make it a pretty good year for RPGs, shame Diablo 3 narrowly missed 2011. |

never played an RPG before, any recommendations for the 360? cloest to an RPG iv played would prob be ocarina of time and majoras mask on the n64
and if anyone says something like fable II, tell me if i need to have played the first one for it to make sense.

As you like shooters, I would recommend Mass Effect 2 as its a shooter-rpg. Absolutely cracking game if you like Sci-fi. Deus Ex was also excellent.

Not really mate, I enjoyed more first Witcher rather than the newer one, made shitload of changes, no battle styles like in original Witcher, that made me angry. And even today I think first Deus Ex is better than nr.2 and nr. 3. |

Everybody I have ever known, personally, that has played COD is a dickhead. Each and everyone of them. 'Its cheating me', 'I'm lagging', 'My teams shit', 'Fuck off I shot him', 'Bullshit, its impossible'. Especially my house mate who screams so loud and headbutts his joypad. I'd of thought at 28 he would have a little more class. That is essentially why I dislike COD; multiplayer that is. As I quite like playing through the campaigns.

What I don't get though is why is it when people play COD in the United Kingdom they generally get a shed load of overseas players, yet at times when I have wanted to play with a few overseas players on GOW, I ALWAYS get people from here and they tend to have that whiny, 'al smack ye wiv me sovereign ring' voice. Or the French. Is it because of the way dedicated servers are set up? I want the option to play who I want if they're on too, regardless of Internet connections. I just find it odd that COD doesn't have a problem with it. |

The 2nd was a better game though. For the more othordox fantasy type RPG it could just be worth waiting for Skyrim which is out 11.11.11, I'm pretty sure that's out on X-box too. Should be an awesome game. |
