Science isn't very far away from absolutely everything I would imagine. It's done pretty well so far!

When I was a child, I had thought of "Ghosts" as a sort of intense memory replaying itself. Not sure if I believe it any more though. Never thought much about it since.

I'm catholic, so I'd say believing in Jesus itself is believing on the paranormal Other than that, voices.

i dont believe in any god, neither do i believe in aliens etc. but i had a few "paranormal" experiences i believe.
as a 7 year old kid i woke up from a nightmare. remember being awake, turning on the light in my room but seeing a ghost screaming in my room. i was a small kid though, could have been connected to the high temperature i had at that time.
and i have a kind of a strange "sense", at least sometimes. it happened already 4 times that i entered buildings and got a very very strange feeling in my stomach. it basically starts from one second to the other, i dont feel comfortable. everytime i asked about the buildings and their history i got to know that certain people died in there.

The knowledge from the religious point is important too, even to debate. You'd be surprised on the importance of the Rerum Novarum on labour law (yuck) for instance. I consider myself catholic because of my formation but I struggle to believe in anything paranormal. I try to though.

I have never had a paranormal experience that wasn't medically explained. Don't know whether I should be thankful or sad.

I've not had a direct experience, have seen things that stick with me. One thing I do know, there are places all over the world that have a "power" to them that is very discernible.

For instance, I remember that we once discussed the Classical Greek knowledge, Christian faith and the imminence of death. There's a very black and white view on what constitutes religion. Sadly, there are more blind followers than thinkers. I believe it's by choice, or that at least most are, to maintain privileges and that's not about faith. It is political. And one thing I really hated about Catholicism is the hidden documents on Vatican and the hypocrisy of the church as an institution. When I say I am a catholic, I am speaking about faith – one I struggle to keep, unfortunately, but that has given me strength in times of need. Oh yeah, got it. Mine were medically explained because I've taken two medications that made me far too depressed and I started hearing voices and hallucinating. My psychiatrist scolded out my endocrinologist and it all got normal.

I am agnostic, as I said, I have felt the power, and seen things that proved it was there, pretty much every place I have ever been. Sitting quiet fishing at night the world moves around you if you let it.
As far as religion. Something initially used to explain the unexplainable, now used for a great deal of evil, but...I admire people of faith that practice what they preach. Not for me, but the peace of mind, the actual decent lifestyle that can result in following some doctrines, I won't scoff at anyone who believes and is genuine.

Ghosts and aliens are something I dont necessarily believe in but again something that I do. One of those things you need to see to believe but something I don't want to see in case it is true. Dont want no Independence day shit going on.
As for religion, its a load of bollocks. Made up fairy tale bullshit to brainwash people. Said before it creates nothing but problems and solves nothing.

I don't believe in anything anynore. I used to pretty much thrive on anything to do with the paranormal but eventually you realise that if you never actually see anything yourself then it boils down to faith alone, which I struggle with.
I am an atheist but I diverge from Dawkins and the rest of the militant crowd, because I understand that people want something more, and if they choose that route to understanding their place in the world, then who am I to start shouting them down?
