Ugly Kid Joe are brilliant. Kinda mixed hair metal with grunge.

Only one decent song, Ugly Kid Joe. Everything About You was big back in the day. I still have the 12" somewhere. Some of my mates liked the Little Angels back in 89-90. I never really cared for them though.
I only went to Donington once, 1994 when Aerosmith headlined.

megadeth, kyuss, steel panther and ginger from the wildhearts all announced among others. this is awesome
it's kyuss lives! which is basically Kyuss minus the original guitarist. if they do original kyuss stuff i'll be loving it

Really heavy on the main stage on Sunday. Light rock on Saturday. Expect Slash & Myles will be on the acoustic stage.

Was planning to buy my ticket to this, then I found out about Hellfest in France. Fucking immense. Only problem is the amount of clashes. I've got a decision to make. Sonisphere needs to get its act together and make my choice even harder

i bought a ticket for sonisphere last year (the big 4) but had to sell. i'll try and go next year.
never really fancied hellfest or wacken or anything like that but curiosity could get the better of me.
just looked at the hellfest lineup, looks well good, thought it would be a lot of death metal i've not heard of.

Agree regarding Jo whiley. What i meant by light rock was the Steel Panther, Tenacius D, Biffy build up to Metallica. Compare those to Sunday Night. Actually looking forward to Jack Black. Slash & Myles is on the 2nd stage. Will probably miss Prodigy if it clashes.
