Theres another keeper who plays in the PL wearing contact lenses. It happens. Might explain why he has been beaten when you would have thought he would save it. Hopefully the laser surgery will sort it out for him I did. Still find it bizarre that this has happened. The joke-writers will have a field day.

What do we say when he gets the surgery and still flaps like a girl going after the wedding bouquet at crosses?

It appears Ferguson knows his current number one.

Maybe De Gea's dodgy peepers have put the gaffer off a bit

I think the general crapness of De Gea dealing with anything resembling physicality has put the Gaffer off a bit.

I think the general crapness of De Gea dealing with anything resembling physicality has put the Gaffer off a bit. which is why i thought he'd play against arsenal. who in the arsenal side is gonna batter him? surely mertesackers presence on the pitch isn't reason to drop him, would wenger even tell him to get in de Gea's face?

Thought Linder could of doing a little better for the goal other than that he was pretty good. He controls his box so well and is always looking to have a go at the defense when they don't chip in.
