As i mentioned a few months back,i have a lot of problems with my back. In my career as a bike messenger i had two heavy accidents, leading to two broken vertebraes and a slipped disc.since then i go through patches where i need to walk on crutches for one or two days, the pain sometimes is just unbearable.
I tried to work on my back muscles with weights but each time after a couple of days the pain got even worse. Last week i bought one of these "therabands".i'm not sure what the english term is,but i think its also called theraband. I never thought this thing out of latex would be helpful in gaining muscles and stability.just started today with the first exercises for back, trunk, shoulders and belly and i'm surprised.
On one hand its super easy,no heavy weights whatsoever and its just as tiring as lifting weights if you do the exercises properly.that way i can treat my back with care and still train the muscles in an effective way.i'm absolutely amazed by the ability of this latex belt.
Does anyone else in here use this tool?

SO hit my goal this year. Below 100kg, and now at a trim 95kg. Can't believe how big a change I've undergone in 5 years. 10 stone down.

Sitting at 88 kg now. 3 years ago I was 110. The gym is awesome. Although, I've been stuck on a plateau now for weeks. Time to change shit up..

this year from january to july i managed a change from 100kg to 91kg.the 100 werent really too much as i'm a tall guy but i wanted to do something good for my back. then in summer i had those 2 slipped discs in my back and lately a pneumothorax so i didnt really work out for almost 5 months now. but i'm missing it,gonna try to beat my inner temptation and start training again. it also had such a good mental effect

Started training 2 times a day 4 times a week. Anyone recommend a good pre-workout? I've settled on these for now. Always on BOGOF, good value as two scoops sorts me for most sessions and you can really fewl the difference. Also has the bonus of mixing very easily and tastes nice. www.discount-supplements.co.uk/bogof-deals/medi-evil-warfare-bogof.htmlDefinitely try the watermelon and probably raspberry is the second best

I tend not to use much protein, as I can'y really digest whey properly, so I have a Vegan blend I go to, which is really good. Do you use any BCAAs? I usuallu use the USN stuff, which I think is decent.

I have found a good strong coffee has the same effect on boosting my energy and concentration. i am not a big fan of protein shakes anymore but i like the bars. Grenade, Pulsin and Muscle Food i enjoy the most
