Anyone do yoga? My back is knacked from WFH for 2 years or more. I've finally saved enough to get a good home office setup now, so that should help, but fear damage has been done, for the most part. Just wondering if anyone's got any testimonies as to it helping alleviate poor posture etc My wife's a certified teacher. Swears by it. I've tried it too and I can definitely say it helps. Edit: My brother has been WFH for 2 years too and to help with the posture problems, he bought a Herman Miller chair. Posture sorted lol.

Just wondering if anyone's got any testimonies as to it helping alleviate poor posture etc I started with DDP Yoga (which you’ll be familiar with as a rasslin’ man) about ten years ago. I’ve since branched out into different things, but always keep it a part of my schedule. I started primarily because my knees were fucked, but the difference it makes to your posture is incredible. I remember going to the doctors about six months after starting and him remarking that he never realised how tall I was. I know you’re into lifting too, something I noticed with yoga is it really improved my form when lifting weights. It’s not for everyone anyway, but definitely worth a go if you’re suffering with your back.

For you gym guys I would highly recommend doing Tough Mudder. Just completed the 15k and I’m knackered! Great fun though. Wanted to do it for years and glad I took the plunge.

Been wanting to do this for years but never been fit enough for it or got round to doing it, especially 15k 😂. Know a few people that have done it and have said the same, looks tiring fun.

It’s not as bad as you think but you do need a certain level of fitness. I’m a shit runner but managed it fine as I’m in good condition

Been back in the gym 2 weeks so in the process of improving the fitness side. Would like to do it though so see what happens in the near future.

For you gym guys I would highly recommend doing Tough Mudder. Just completed the 15k and I’m knackered! Great fun though. Wanted to do it for years and glad I took the plunge. Did it again. Last year was easy. This year I feel like my legs are going to fall off. Increased distance and less obstacles. Also didn’t help that I’ve done no cardio since I did the last one. Oops.

I've begun training for a 55k trail run in December. In about a month of training, I've really understood how far I have aged, and how far my body has gone in terms of wear.

I’ve done a few 10k’s in the past. Manchester one is good. The absolute worst was a 10k race for life at Heaton Park shortly after the Stone Roses did a reunion gig, weather had been terrible so they changed the course. Mud, hills and pain.
