also try Intermittent Fasting. I do 16/8.
16 hours of fasting 8 hours of eating
plenty of time to get the required calories in for the day. feel loads better for it.
14/10 is easier to do and you get similar results.

John Rusin's stuff is great. I'm over 30 now but always been plagued with back pain. After visiting countless physios and finding one I like, I'm now at the stage of needing to get stronger. Basically my posterior chain lacks any strength.
Currently doing full body workouts 2 to 3 times a week.
Squat Hinge Push Pull Lunge Carry
Pick one from each movement and an extra pull exercise. Work up to 6-8 reps making sure form is perfect. Only been at it for a few weeks so time will tell if the back pain disappears!

any fitness lovers right here and which supplements can u recommend? Protein, if you're struggling to hit your protein intake. And creatine. That's it.

Been pulling big weight on the Deadlift recently. 150kg for 5 reps last night, aiming for 6, before upping the weight again and dropping to 4 reps, coz progressive overload innit! Determined to be in the 200kg club by end of this year. Even if it's just one rep.

Anyone do yoga? My back is knacked from WFH for 2 years or more. I've finally saved enough to get a good home office setup now, so that should help, but fear damage has been done, for the most part. Just wondering if anyone's got any testimonies as to it helping alleviate poor posture etc
