Now possibly out for the season,that new contract really paid off. Should never have been given a new one anyway lets face it.....he should have been allowed to go find himself a new club and try to salvage what's left of his career. |

Phil will be like having a new signing in he group in July,he will be smiling,hungry,working hard everyday to improve,he will bring that experience & desire to be successful that was instilled in him by Sir Alex & Giggsy,the young players in group will benefit from having him back.

Wow. Thats just a quick Google search. That dude is seriously unlucky with injuries.

One of the things that really made me respect Gary Neville was that after that injury he had where he came back and had a really poor game he knew it was over and retired.
No pep talks from anyone stopped him, he knew it wasn't right to himself, his teammates or the fans.
I don't know Jones personally and it's unfortunate how the injuries have hit him but if he faces any prolonged spell out this season, he should call time on things.
We made the mistake of renewing and that's on us but there is only so much one can take of this.
