Model pro, great servant to this club. All the best for him and his future.

Wish him nothing but success. Honest, loyal, hard-working professional and, for a couple of years, a Jedi mind trick master.
*Left back thoughts*: "He's running down the left wing. He might cross it with his left foot. He always cuts in onto his right but this time I think he's actually definitely going to ... Wait. These aren't the tactics I'm looking for.
... Shit he cut inside onto his right foot and scored/crossed for an assist."
Beautiful.

Agree with this but the amount of time he's been here is the perfect example of what's wrong with the club under the glazers. playets at the lever young was in his prine should be nowhere near any club that is aiming to dine at europes top table.

I will always remember his curlers from the left hand side and that time he was late to a match because he helped a local who was involved in some sort of car accident/issue. Thanks Mr Young.

Everyone’s forgetting his screamer vs Watford a couple seasons ago.

Every great or 'big' goal from that season hurts. I can't believe we threw the League away.

Not his fault the management let him stay beyond his sell by date. Always gave his all when on the field and can’t recall any gripes off it. Good luck Ashley, thanks for the memories (PS any chance you can persuade Pogba to leave with you?)

I didn't like Young under Ferguson, he was SO average and seemed like the sort of signing that epitomized us after Ronaldo. Post-Ferguson, he was one of the very few outfield players in the squad to step up and show fight, and for that, I will always give him credit.
Good luck in Milan, eat lots of pizza.
P.S, all things considered, I can't believe we managed to get some money for a 34-year-old Ashley Young.
