Yeah, I'll swallow tapas-sized portions of humble pie for wanting here so desperately based on current form.
For some reason he's just not cracked it into the Pool team, though that might be as a result of his initial injury or simply inferior midfielders around him in a fairly average squad. I still rate him highly though, regardless of what he's done at the dippers jim, i'll gladly dig up this thread again when he inevitably proves what a great player he is in a better team, ditto on the Dortmund theory.

Still a fine player. Delighted it hasn't worked out at the dippers but I'd like to see him regain form somewhere else.

Borussia Dortmund are expected to announce the return of former player Nuri Sahin on Friday evening, according to reports in Germany. The 24-year-old is currently on loan at Liverpool from Real Madrid, but has failed to make an impact at Anfield.

Love how the dippers are labelling him a flop, Granted he didn't amaze but in all fairness given the chance of playing for them neither would I, id want to be sent back as soon as possible. But when you look at their squad I think the binlid universe has a bit of a cheek to label him a flop when they have some utter shite in their binlid ranks.
