Honestly think he'll be overtaken by the series, I have never known any author to take so phenomenally long to write a book. Then again they are bloody awesome so I can't complain too much.
Enjoying the theories on who did it, certainly some interesting ones here!

Read most the firsr book and most the second and then gave up and watched the show. Maybe if I'd found the books way earlier I'd have got into them.

Sorry for the hijack aus, but have you tried the conqueror series by Conn iggulden? Amazing books. The guy knows how to write a battle!!

Man, I love this show. I was late to the party because I'm not much of a fan of fantasy, but I'm glad I gave it a chance. I was well and truly hooked after a few episodes.

Took me a while to get into it though, with all those characters to keep up with. I'm still some confused sometimes about who did what when and is related with each other to what degree...

I had to watch the first season 3 times before I fully figured out who everybody was and understood the relationship dynamics between them. Now I find it fairly easy. I keep getting thrown off when they re-cast a character, though. It's happened 5 or 6 times.

Thor allows it another interesting fact, I'm the only other person that can wield thors hammer? when i have it (every other weekend) it's called- Mjölncarb.

I find that it helps immensely to read some of the recaps the day after - ny magazine has enlightened me a couple of times already, especially post-purple wedding. I only noticed the Daario re-cast though, totally confused me - the name sounded familiar, so I somehow had the idea he had sth to do with Arya's face-changing friend, because I couldn't place him anywhere else...didn't make sense though

Exactly that!! Nothing worse than having screen fade to black and it's 8 minutes to the top of the hour. 8 whole minutes and they leave me hanging like that.

SPOILERS:
They've deviated quite a lot from the books so far.
The whole Craster's keep mission didn't happen.
Jorah Mormont actually betrayed Daenerys & is in the dog-box at this stage (to say the least)
You never really know who's responsible for, er, the purple wedding.

[quote author=" Jayrannasaurus" [/quote] All I saw was spoiler. If you are mentioning the book please delete it in case I accidentally stumble accross it one day.
