I really want to make all sorts of predictions and try to guess where things are going but I'm always wary knowing there's some smart ass who has read the books that's going to laugh at how far wrong I am. Having said that, it seems there are little strongholds forming. Jorah will find himself at Castle Black, if Jamie actually does something worthwhile for once and saves his brother, Tyrion will end up there, Jon Snow is already there, Bran is there or there abouts, and Pod and Brienne are heading there iirc. Ayra (my absolute fav), the Hound, LittleFinger, Sansa are presumably safe in The Veil, the usuals are in Kings Landing and Daenerys et al are ruling Slavers Bay. Seeing as the show started with the White Walkers and the tagline for season 4 has been #WinterIsComing, I'm assuming the White Walkers come over the wall at some point and the Wildling army needs to join with the Southerners to ward them off. After they do you've probably got the Wildlings, The Veil, Kings Landing, Castle Black, Daenerys and Stannis all vying for the throne. Just a guess, but so long as Ayra is kept alive I'm going to really enjoy watching how it all unfolds.

I agree Jay, I think when it comes down to it the White Walkers will eventually attack and all differences will be set aside to eradicate a common enemy, they very cleverly miss them out quite a bit in episodes then really hit you with them toward the end of the series to remind you that they're coming!

S4E9 Spoilers: I loved the last episode. I'm glad the didn't leave castle black/the wall the entire time, it kept me well and truly immersed in the action.
Book spoilers/S4E10 speculation - seriously, don't read unless you've read the books: However I'm slightly concerned by how much they need to fit into the season finale, I hope they don't have to miss any important plot points - We have Tyrions escape and the subsequent murders, Stannis' arrival at the wall, Arya's split from the Hound and her voyage to Bravos, wrapping up Daenerys' and Bran's season, and of course the return of Catelyn Stark/Lady Stoneheart, which will almost certainly be the final scene. That's a lot to fit into an hour of TV.

SHOW SPOILERS:They didn't include any of the rhetoric or context before Tyrion killed Shae, which was a shame. I enjoyed the fight between The Hound and Brienne, that was a nice addition. The episode felt a bit rushed but it was a decent season finale
BOOK SPOILERS: I'm gutted we didn't see Lady Stoneheart, but I expect time restraints wouldn't allow it.
I wonder where Bran goes from here? His story is so far ahead of everyone else. Is his exploring the cave and greenseeing going to keep his character busy while everyone else catches up, or are they going to have to manufacture scenes for him?
I was hoping Coldhands was still going to make a last ditch appearance, but it looks like he's been left out of the show completely like Strong Belaws
I'm not sure, but it looked like Varys was going to accompany Tyrion. Makes sense I suppose.
Slightly disappointed that Tyrion and Jaime left on good terms and there was no mention of Tysha.
