Nope and Nope, you didn't miss a thing WK (could be mistaken for whiskeynose).
Apparently, according to Skysports, Powell to United is 90% done.

This guy is a shoe in for the target man role
Looks similar to Llorente. Tall and strong with good technical ability.

In 2009, Manchester United FC and Universidad de Chile signed an agreement to purchase the rights of Henríquez, for €4m, which can be paid until 2014.[1]
Seems we are allowing him to develop at Universidad before taking up the option, makes sense considering he's broken into the team this season and has been doing well (10 goals in 14 appearances in 2012).

Work permit probably...or lack thereof.... He's 18 and has played for four different age specific national sides. Surely that should be sufficient...?

Universidad de Chile striker Angelo Henriquez has reportedly travelled to England to undergo a medical with Manchester United.
However, rivals Manchester City are also said to be in talks for the highly-rated 18-year-old.
Henriquez was already in Europe, as he is with Chile's youth squad who are playing in numerous friendlies - including the Milk Cup in Northern Ireland. United have been tracking Henriquez for months and he has already trained with the club but reports in England claim City want him too.
But Chilean sources say he is set to join United and Universidad de Chile's assistant manager Sebastian Beccacece was asked about Henriquez.
"No doubt he is a very useful player, with a good goalscoring talent," he told Radio ADN.
"But we have to count on the players that we have available, not the ones that aren't available."
