Better beat city and mask his numerous failings

For me, above everything else, the reason we need to replace Ole is that I simply don’t think he has what it takes to guide us to winning the league. Since that is the case, what is the point to carry on with him? Are we truly the new Arsenal minus the consistent top 4 finish?
Replace Ole. Either take a bet on Pochettino because we (legitimately) believe he has a much higher ceiling than Ole, or convince Allegri we are on an upward trajectory, and get on with it. Oh, and bloody hire someone who could be a professor about football to own the transfer strategy so we aren’t changing course every time we replace a manager. It’s not rocket science to have a functioning football organization.

Does anyone here know a supporter of any other PL club - or even a Championship one - that would gladly swap their manager for Ole?

Frank fucking Lampard is doing a better job than him with a transfer ban and 1 transfer window in his pocket.
AC fucking Milan! Have got their house in order before us can you BELIEVE IT , do they have better players? a better manager? I don't know, but they have plan and that plan has them top of the League.
We need someone to take Bruno(best player in the league) to the next level, he's better than just saving a poor managers job week in week out.

Ole's press conference was a bit of a disaster
"We've learned any small mistake will get punished. We were very close to going through in a great group. That shows for me a team that has moved forward from drawing with Rochdale and barely beating Colchester"
Wow. Shocking thing to say.
"We struggled to beat Astana, Partizan convincingly, we've taken steps from last year, a year back."
Sigh...
"I feel we're getting better and better, looking more and more like a United team I want with fast attackers. We're dynamic, we've got good players who've got individual players who create magic out of nothing. That's always good at United."
He does realise that we got knocked out of the CL this week?
"We've taken steps from the group stages. Short-term learning from this, is that we still have a little bit of a way to go to of course compete and go and win the Champions League. That's our aim. To win trophies and be contenders."
Yet he says we are getting better and better?
There doesn't seem to be anybody taking responsibility. Everything is rosey apparently. Says that we can't win them all. Making it sound acceptable if we lose.

Better beat city and mask his numerous failings I'll go ahead and plant my flag here and say we won't win this one. We very probably will get spanked, badly. Something is different now, I can feel it. We are in the endgame imho. Him saying that the city match was the perfect fixture after Leipzig will be a egg on face moment come Monday morning.

If Jose proved that you can be too dour as a manager, Ole is proving that the opposite is equally as frustrating and ineffective.

We will see but I suspect missing out on the CL knockout stages will be a big blow to certain players. City have been far from brillant this year, like us they have been slow starters but have picked up in recent weeks especially in the PL. One things for sure, he won't be playing 3 at the back.

Better beat city and mask his numerous failings if we start this game like we have most others then it could be a spurs style hammering.
