Ole's press conference was a bit of a disaster "We've learned any small mistake will get punished. We were very close to going through in a great group. That shows for me a team that has moved forward from drawing with Rochdale and barely beating Colchester" Wow. Shocking thing to say. "We struggled to beat Astana, Partizan convincingly, we've taken steps from last year, a year back." Sigh... "I feel we're getting better and better, looking more and more like a United team I want with fast attackers. We're dynamic, we've got good players who've got individual players who create magic out of nothing. That's always good at United." He does realise that we got knocked out of the CL this week? "We've taken steps from the group stages. Short-term learning from this, is that we still have a little bit of a way to go to of course compete and go and win the Champions League. That's our aim. To win trophies and be contenders." Yet he says we are getting better and better? There doesn't seem to be anybody taking responsibility. Everything is rosey apparently. Says that we can't win them all. Making it sound acceptable if we lose. Fuck my hard hat.....can't believe his come out with that drivel....ffs ole

Ole`s pressers are crap he`s just not got the verbal dexterity for interviews he talks gibberish. I said this the other day, I get English is not his native language but he's not very articulate and is a bit all over the place.....

At the club as big as it is using teams like Rochdale and Colchester to back your argument isn't a great start.

The problem is that football has lost touch with the fans, the money involved is astronomical, Ole is on around 7 million a year....For What? anyone could pick a team from the Squad he has on hand and I am beginning to think that if it were done at random We may even get better results.
Why not begin with your best team and then alter things if needed as the match unfolds.
Against Leipzig I think that most fans realised as soon as Leipzig scored that we had a problem leaving so much space in behind the defence up Leipzigs left Flank where we were exposed again and again, Ole seemed oblivious to it. City are huge favourites today and I expect that we will get beaten, Ole will not resign as he wants to honour his contract to exact the Full money from it. He will have to be pushed otherwise things will get worse. We are in a fake position in the league and I know that we have had quite a few decisions that have gone our way so far this season, this luck can not hold out.
Pogba and his Agent are taking the P*55 and Ole is still not getting tough with him, I will not wish a hammering on the team today but we are on the road to Nowhere in our present situation. Ole will not fall on his sword, the board have to step in and give another manager the chance to buy and sell his players in the coming transfer market but will they as it seems that Ole is a Yes man.

Frank fucking Lampard is doing a better job than him with a transfer ban and 1 transfer window in his pocket. AC fucking Milan! Have got their house in order before us can you BELIEVE IT , do they have better players? a better manager? I don't know, but they have plan and that plan has them top of the League. We need someone to take Bruno(best player in the league) to the next level, he's better than just saving a poor managers job week in week out. Yeah, two points behind Lampard’s Chelsea with a game in hand... great job, fat Frank... Ziech, Havertz, Werner, Chilwell... That’s some backing he got from an ambitious owner.

Better beat city and mask his numerous failings I'll go ahead and plant my flag here and say we won't win this one. We very probably will get spanked, badly. Something is different now, I can feel it. We are in the endgame imho. Him saying that the city match was the perfect fixture after Leipzig will be a egg on face moment come Monday morning. just acknowledging my being wrong here. i clearly didn't realize how off form City have been this season.

I see Tuchel has been sacked. Its fair to say Poch is probably the front runner.

Well well, I guess now Ole Gunnar does not have to worry about getting the sack at all. This club would never go for someone like Allegri so the only person that could have taken his place was Pochettino. Even if we now go on an absolutely shite run of losses, there would be almost nobody to take the job so effectively he can't be sacked.
