Sky were reporting 35 mil.Dont think we'd have any hope of getting him for less than 30..

@ tatt - Oh yes, I know alllllll about what went down with Thiago.
Aye SET, I'm ITK certain it's that thread.
EDIT: The original '30(/35) million' figure bandied about could be Euros, which makes £ 25 million-ish first bid plausible.

rule number 1 about the super-friends thread is... YOU DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE SUPER-FRIENDS THREAD! Tatty's not having a good summer so far. First Thiago and now Rule 1.....oh dear. We are talking about that thread right? i...I think so

Cool Plus, i'm pretty sure i saw somewhere that arsenal have a buy-back option on Fabregas & a sell-on clause, so they would have to say no first and for barca to make a profit would mean alot more than 25/30/35mill

(This could be comeplete bollocks I just wrote btw, but I'm sure that's what I read.)

They took the piss out of Arsenal with that deal. And isn't their option just to have first option to bid and have it accepted? Or is it a case of no deal before they say no as you said? Anyone know/have a clearer idea than I do?! Please and ta.

Thanks chum!
In other news, did you all know that Cesc Fabregas has the same agent as one Robin van Persie?

Arsenal have the first Refusal and whatever the selling value is if in case Arse or Fab refuses to take or go back then its 5o% of the sale value that Barca agree with the other club. What is this new thread you talk about Besides the story of our summer so far...

So Arsenal get HALF of any transfer fee? Wowzers, that might raise the fee substantially.

Whats this thread you speak of?!?
Also, someones made a very good point in that Barca are trying to buy a CB which will mean pushing Masherano back into MF with the other young lad they have and are likely to want to sure it up with Song therefore leaving Fabregas with not a lot of playing time. Plausible.
