Ok, if we are buying a midfielder from a PL team, that isn't Mata, then i'd rather Fellaini.

Least he will get stuck in, rather than go missing. And he hasn't angled for a move as blatent as Cabaye - who is typical of the shithouse breed of French players.

He looks good, but we need top quality - if not then id rather take a chance on Ward-Prowse from Soton or Hughes from Derby.

Could be a good shout if other targets didn't happen, impressive stats from last season if I remember rightly and has been linked to Arsenal.

Vice president has come out and said that he could basically leave if he wanted to, least we now know that they are willing to sell. I think one of either Fabregas and Thiago will stay, but not both. Thiago is the fans favourite and who they expect to take over from Xavi so it wouldn't surprise me if Thiago did stay and Fabregas left, whatever happens though, whichever one leaves, we need to sign.

He's a really good player, impressed every time I've seen him. If, god forbid, anything were to happen to the Strootman deal, we'd do a lot worse thsn look at this lad.

I'm watching ESPN Press Pass, Rafa Honigstein was saying he understands that we're going to attempt to sign Fabregas. Apparently we were pursuing Fabregas a while back, it then died down, now with Thiago likely to go to Bayern we're going renew our interest. There are a few factors involved but its a possibility apparently. Rumours starting again.
