No. What the club did with that Michael Carrick AMA on social media affected the club more probably. 20 year old kid getting frustrated and takes a dig at an inept and useless manager who plays Ashley Young instead of a more talented wide man like himself? Yeah I can understand his frustration. We were all that young and tempestuous once. Was he out of line doing it? Maybe. It's Moyes' first season here (hopefully his last) so Moyes does not deserve the kind of protection reserved for club greats. Moyes has to prove himself. And he has to give us a reason why he did not play Zaha all those months. He is not exempt. Surely Zaha's behaviour is the reason. Right or wrong Moyes doesn't like his attitude which does seem to differ from Adnan's attitude/media skills. We don't know that do we? Which is why I've been waiting for some sort of official response from Moyes on Zaha. Because here we are speculating based on untrustworthy media reports. In that article you posted, Holloway is surprised that Zaha would turn up late for training. Meaning he never did at Palace. None of us know what has happened between manager and player at United. And I really wish we did.

Have to be honest and say this one is worse. That made me cringe. But I used to make jokes like that when I was his age so I'd be a bloody hypocrite to call him names for doing that.

If it was Ferguson we'd be saying "fuck Zaha, ungrateful kid". Because Moyes has been so bad I think we're looking to blame him for everything. Zaha clearly needs to grow the fuck up if he wants to play for this club. It's even worse because now he's out on loan he's actually getting what he wants. Premier League games but still has a shot at the manager. No not really, under SAF I say Zaha would be different, he would have a man manager that would understand the kind of nurturing his ego requires. Identify it and caress it to get the best out of him. That caress can be a boot up the arse or an arm around the shoulder or just listen or whatever... Moyes appears and its only assumption that he is incapable of doing that. However all that said, the reason he has gone to Cardiff in Moyes words is "he could not get him games" why? Because we have fucking Young! Im on no witch hunt for Moyes blood, no need, he is the Judge, Juror, hang man and the guy that hangs the noose, he is slowly killing himself on his own..... Edit: Just on the twit media issue, well he is a silly idiot.... and Moyes needs to kick his arse for it or at least have a chat with the lad and tell him, if your not happy with me tell me so, not the world first...

Sounds to me like out of those two articles that Holloway is keeping tabs on a former player and hearing him not putting the effort in and being to demanding. He seems worried about him amd is asking him to stick in there. He obviously thinks Zaha is a good guy but that's not the issue.

Im not so concerned he has done this on Twit, I'm more concerned on why? What has driven him to it? Whats wrong? If its all roses between him and Moyes then it would not happen...
If he was my mate, I would say, "listen pal thats a bit out of order, whats wrong?, lets get it sorted" not focus on that he has done it, its done and cant be undone so try to solve the issues that caused him to do it in the first place...

You are reading way too much into that, he tells him to bide his time. Nothing at all to do with attitude. There has never been any rumblings of an attitude problem with this kid before. Not at Palace or England to my knowledge. He plays with arrogance, with a swagger..I want that in a winger, instead of the robots we have out there now, flinging crosses into the box llike it's a WW1 artillery bombardment against the Getman trenches.

He did have a blow up with Ravel Morrison whilst playing for England... and that would never have been Ravels fault

He did have a blow up with Ravel Morrison whilst playing for England... and that would never have been Ravels fault It was a bit of handbags and happens a lot I would guess, maybe not so publicly...we now Rav is a bit of a lad and Wilf maybe has a bit of a streak...I'm not necessarily against that if it's showing a bit of passion...too many robots as has been said before... Remember a certain M. Cantona?

Very underwhelming against Wigan today, needs big improvements if he is to get any sort of chance here.

People are forgetting he effectively brought palace to the premier league single-handedly.If i was sir Alex's last signing and probably made certain promises and played once or twice for 6 months I would be extremely pissed.Dont blame him.

Just reviving this thread to ask...
Does anyone think he will get a chance under LvG?
Does anyone thing he deserves a chance under LvG?
My take is that he may not have deserved it as such but I still see in him a raw talent that just needs the right guidance...somehow I think with the right attitude and application ( a la Ronnie) he could be a seriously good player...
