There is not a single ounce of me thinking this is true. It's quite obviously clubs/agents trying to push each-other into a move.
City/Chelsea/Real bound. Don't think he's worth nearly 50 million too.

He's a good player, and the sort of striker I love (he loves headers) but he isn't worth £ 50 million and isn't what we need.
But to replace Rooney, and for a generous reduction of that fee, I wouldn't say no flat.
But it's not happening, and as others have said, did we suddenly realise we have loads of money the Glazers would rather invest than pocket? I think not.

I tend to agree with all of you, I also think it sounds way too fishy. Problem is the links were quite heavy this morning so I thought I'd stick a thread in here getting everyones views on him and all  Out of sheer curiosity though would you lot be unhappy or happy if we sold Rooney for £30m and got Cavani for about £40m? |

Probably BS from the club as well seeing as they have to sell him before August or July and his president coming out and saying things to that effect. |
