If Beneteke rumours are correct I`m a bit worried, he didnt think Thiago would stand up to the physical demands of the PL, he wont play Kagawa and wants to bring in another big man up front. How does that Z cars theme go?

To be fair, it would make more sense to rest him after all that travel and two games within a week after having little or no games time since July, given that we are going into a fairly busy period once the CL starts. It is almost nailed on for Giggs to start against C.P, which IMO are the only level of opposition he should get even close to the bench for.

It probably is bull but it would be remiss of Utd not to be keeping tabs on Benteke. He's already a smashing player, way mots to his game than Lukaku whom everybody seemed to think was the new Drogba. And Benteke is so much more than 'a big man.'

If the match last week wasn't the final necessary wake up call for our coaching staff that Giggs shouldn't be starting games we might as well give up. Damn, it feels like I've said that before. |
