Not allowed to talk about a succession plan for Carrick Kam. I used to bring it up but some people shouted at me that Carrick is our best midfielder.

Its hard to believe that a player of Carricks calibre, especially his ability to retain possession, cant get into an England team that cant string 3 passes together without a tackle.
I suppose he will have to improve his medal count as 5 Championships and CL medal, plus two runners up, and a few other pots in the last 7 seasons proves nothing, he clearly isnt good enough given Englands high standards. He will have his work cut out getting ahead of Milner and co.

I watched about 10 minutes of England's game last night and I think that was the worst side ever put out in a competitive match. Absolutely dreadful. How Carrick can't get into that side is mind-boggling.

Carrick not getting into the England team doesn't really surprise me. He's a United player and there are over-hyped Scousers and/or Chelsea players ahead of him to pick instead. Oh, and perma-crocked Cockney uppity wee shits. And brutally average city players. And Bebe.

He will definitely not come cheap in Jan considering he recently signed a 5 yr contract. Will probably cost more than the Big Fella. If 1 player is to be signed, I would prefer a CM than a striker; probably Herrera.
