I'm from the Medway Towns originally, the home of Gillingham FC, who are currently sitting pretty on top of League 1 (albeit punching way above their weight).
I've said it before on here years ago and at the time there were a-holes who ridiculed how anyone could have 2 clubs, but I truly feel the same about both teams I support (and would either be fucked if they ever played each other competitively, or in a win:win situation depending on which way you look at it!)
I saw my first game in 1968, the year I started following United as my "big club" of choice, and have been hooked on both ever since. Thanks to cable TV and the internet, I'm able to get my fix of both.

Still try to time my visits home to take in games, and a United one too whenever possible.

Leeds scum got beat at home tonight 2-0 against Blackburn and are sitting in 18th position in the league. Leeds have yet to score a goal from open play under new manager Steve Evans, I wonder how long he will last lol.

He had to be asked twice, at least, to go through the usual routine of checking his gear - players know the rules - so there is no excuse. Shame they don't start booking/sending off twats that roll around, dive, etc.

15:49 'Insulting' rebrand
Football The renaming of the Football League to the English Football League (EFL) is "insulting" to Welsh clubs, says the chairman of Cardiff City Supporters' Trust. The competition will take its new title from the end of the 2015-16 season. The league's 72 members include Newport and Cardiff, whose Supporters' Trust chairman has criticised the rebranding. "It's a little bit insulting that both Welsh clubs will be classed as English," Tim Hartley said. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/34413507

Well I think it's a bit insulting that Hereford are classed as English too!(One of my all time favourite chants by Gillingham fans directed at Hereford's - "you're Welsh, and you know you are!")

Bolton have failed to pay their players for November.
I've no love for Bolton (even if they did do us favours by keep beating Arsenal a few years back), but it's never nice to see any club in the state they're in (apart from Leeds, fuck Leeds).
About 180 million in debt, how does a club that never even spent much get that far in the mire??
The Martin Samuels of the world who insist FFP is bullshit and clubs should be free to spend whatever they feel like should take a look at what's happening there and what can happen to a club if not held in control.
If/when they go down this season, it really could be the end for them.
