I'm the same, never liked Sheff Utd with Dave Bassett and their hoof it up to Deane football, but Wednesday always looked a classier team. Waddle, Walker, Hirst, Bright, etc. Be good to see them back in the Prem eventually. |

Watched the Wednesday game at Libero in Alty. 7 of us, non Wednesday fans celebrating 4-0 in the last min like we’d won the second treble!
We all bemoan modern football. But look in some of the likeliest places, and the game is still alive.

They’re going to have to spend a few £ on Kenilworth Road!
They’ll at least have the cash to spend-apparently,per various news stories the game is worth a potential £170 million to the winners!

Carlisle are my 2nd team.
Tipped for relegation at the start of the season, they only go and win the play off. Paul Simpson is a legend, they were in the bottom 2 when he took over last season.

Nick Powell has signed for County. Apparently a few clubs higher up were after him but he picked us.
A few Wigan fans I know said he was superb or dreadful, no Inbetween. If he finds his mojo then no doubt he will boss League 2
