Not sure if there is an open thread on him, if there is apologies (delete as necessary).
Anyway should we look to buy him back? Looks like he's starting to fulfill his potential at WHU. He has far more potential than Cleverly and seems to be on a par with Barkley at the moment.
Utd should always be looking at the best young talent and he's certainly up there. Opinions?

I have only seen the odd highlight of his play at West Ham so i don't know if he's playing through the middle or out wide? He always had the ability, but couldn't be trusted to behave himself off the field and that will always be the question mark on him. I'd be surprised if we sign him back.

He's a superb talent but theres pretty good reasons why he left. And most of them are still in Manchester presumably.

For me it all depends on whether he has grown up, moved on and got his head straight. If so the yes 100% for me. He is one of the most talented youngsters out there.

No doubting his quality but I'd rather we bought Barkley. Will turn into the better player out of the two in my opinion and he doesn't come with the risk of it royally fucking up again like last time.

Imagine the prospect of pogba Morrison zaha ladnan kagz and Herrera to chose from. Some midfield substitutes' bench that. There you go, much more accurate. No doubting his quality but I'd rather we bought Barkley. Will turn into the better player out of the two in my opinion and he doesn't come with the risk of it royally fucking up again like last time. Hedge our bets, get both. Unlimited budget sure.

Good call. We should have just done a Barca and put a buy back clause in that lasted 2 or 3 years. Us being us though will make it as hard as possible for us and result in us paying £20m for him in the summer.

Wait till the end of the season, but he left because of his social circle and as such seem to be a "good" boy since moving to London im guessing his friends didnt leave manchester so if he came back it would be interesting to see how his off field actions go.

Super talented but its done him the world of good leaving Manchester, i think its premature to say lets buy him back. Lets wait and see how he gets on.

Imagine the prospect of pogba Morrison zaha ladnan kagz and Herrera to chose from. Some midfield that. Unfortunately with that:- Zaha - Gone walkies Pogba - A cunt Morrison - Another cunt Kagawa - Is a player that has a warm arse Herrera - Is our next Sniejder. A player we will probably declare interest in over every transfer window for the next 5 or 6 years.

I read something saying there isn't a buy-back clause

I don't see why we'd have put a clause in, tbh.
Even so, I can't see the powers that be in the boardroom, up on their high horses, buying back a player they sold.
Mainly as it'd actually cost Ed money.
