My top manager over the next decade is Jürgen Klopp. In many respects he is like Fergie was when he first joined us. Borussia Dortmund had seen success a few years before his arrival but were struggling until Klopp arrived. His immediate influence was to build a young and dynamic side that eventually reached the top of the BL and the CL final. In the last three seasons many of his top players have been poached but he has maintained a top four standing. If Dortmund win today they will move into third.
He played for Mainz05 all his career and became manager. Team did well but were relegated and he went down with them but was unable to win promotion so he resigned. He was picked up by Dortmund in 2008. He is now 46 and has experienced the full range of success and defeat. He is deeply religious and also well qualified. Germans call Wenger the Professor but Klopp has the Kultur qualities that bracket him in a unique category of being a free thinking and a highly independent individual.
His best qualities are leadership, motivation and charisma. He is great to watch encouraging the players even when they mess up. The hugging and the tears are a bit over emotional and alongside the fans, some game turn into almost religious gatherings. That charismatic power makes Dortmund a hard side to beat although they have their off days when nothing works. Klopp will lose Lewandowski at the end of the season and possibly several more players but he never windges, except how we have poorly utilised Kagawa. He is an exceptional team builder and United's scouts should keep an eye on Dortmund.
Any rivals out there for the top manager spot including Moyes supporters?

Diego Simeone. What the guy has done at Atleti is nothing short of magnificent.
Mauricio Pocchetino. Great coach but his trajectory depends on where he moves after Southampton IMO. Has to make the right call there.
Manuel Pellegrini. He was very good at Real and Malaga. Extremely intelligent and focuses on attacking and flair football. With the funds available to him at City he will take some stopping in England.
Jose Mourinho, merely because you can't not include Mourinho.
Cesare Prandelli. Just because he has got Balotelli focused completely when he plays for Italy. That's no mean feat. He was also excellent when he was at Fiorentina and has done wonderful things with Italy. Also a very dignified coach.
Pep Guardiola. Son of a bitch just went and inherited Bayern Munich and added Gotze and Lewy to his squad. Barring a minor miracle I do not see any other team winning anything in Germany for the next 5 years at least. Hate the bastard but he will be winning a lot in due time.
Frank De Boer. Brilliant tactician and technician. He needs to move from Ajax. I suspect he will too. Proper Dutch maestro.

I'm interested to see how Blanc does with PSG as well, see if he can win them the Champions League.

I must be the only one here wishing Moyes will sneak into that list around this time next year.
I would also like to see Solskjaer's name surrounded with heaps of good rep in the future soon.

I am gonna say Blanc and Ole. Simone will soon be at PL. either the renties or the city council will go for him - just a matter of time and his career will be doomed. Looking at Ancelloti - if he can deliver what Real have been after he is gonna be treated like god.
Laudrup and Pochettino from the PL. of course it will depend on their next move i suppose.
