I would literally pay so much more money for Kagawa as opposed to Rooney, how the fcuk is this guy United and England captain?
It literally makes me feel like everyone's gone mental.
Could it be that he's the only "experienced" player left after the Scholes, Gerrard, Rio era people all retired? I really don't know what it is.

Yesterday, for the only time in my life, I found myself agreeing with Joey fucking Barton. He said a couple of days ago that England's coaching system is fucking broken and that they have ended up with this lamentable squad since the passing of the Scholes era generation is down to the abysmal and clueless way English players are managed at club level and the hype around them when they are young.

Give it a couple of years and Sterling, Barkley etc will be ruined too Not sure about Sterling, his game is very Bale-esque, he's all about pace and finishing. If he ever loses his pace he's knackered, but I'm pretty sure Liverpool know this. Bakrley on the other hand, needs to figure out what sort of midfielder he is. At the moment, he's Jack of all trades, Master of none.

I hate the dippers more than I can say on here without being banned. But in all fairness sterling is the best young player in Europe right now. I couldn't believe when a mate told me the other day he is only 19.

Because I am sure there are at least 5-6 players in these leagues who can compete with the dipper lad for that title. I agree Sterling is the best teenager in England right now though.

This is a moment that Woodtard will surely bask in after the signings this summer, but without LvG coming in, and the 'Clueless One' still at the helm, no way in hell do we get these transfers... Agree with that. I've got a question for the old timers, (I'm still trying to learn the clubs history going back) If the new players come in and get settled quickly, and the youngsters keep developing I could see this summer as a Historic moment in the clubs history. Is this potentially the best transfer window the club has had? Is Ed gonna get his name mentioned 30 years or so from now as a "legend" for what he was part of accomplishing? Certainly the best transfer window ever for United - not sure how long the windows have been in force (seems a lifetime but probably only about 15 years) before that you could sign players anytime during the year - don't remember us signing so many top players in any one years span anyway

Is Pogba classed as 'young' for the purposes of this? Because if he is he's the best by an absolute mile. Sadly.

I couldn't believe when a mate told me the other day he is only 19. He was touted to make his first team debut at 15 - Dogleash must have got cold feet As for Kags - we all knew how good he was - Fergie knew how good he was (used him sparingly to let him settle though) - Moyes is a cunt and barely used him Way better No10 than Rooney and better than Mata IMO in the hole

You need not look much further than a certain lad named Adnan Januzaj. We will hear a lot in future. Only time will tell.
