Yeh, but, 'STATEMENT! - Look at us banning corrupt people. Sepp wouldn't do that if he was corrupt.' When Sepp gets done, it will be an outside agency and he will have no say in the matter... This means nothing either way - just smoke and mirrors...

this bloke is a complete dilbert www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34430729Sepp Blatter: Coca-Cola among sponsors saying Fifa boss must go Fifa president Sepp Blatter will not resign despite sponsors Coca-Cola, Visa, Budweiser and McDonald's calling for him to step down immediately. The major sponsors each issued statements saying Blatter should resign after Swiss criminal proceedings were opened against him last week. Coca-Cola took the first step, saying: "Every day that passes Fifa's image and reputation continues to tarnish." McDonald's said Blatter going would be "in the best interest of the game". The 79-year-old is accused by Swiss prosecutors of signing a contract that was "unfavourable to Fifa" and making a "disloyal payment" to Uefa president Michel Platini but denies any wrongdoing. In a statement released through his lawyers on Friday, Blatter said resigning now "would not be in the best interest of Fifa, nor would it advance the process of reform".

German federal police had just raided the German FA. The boys at Bayern are particularly in the spotlight. If the FIFA investigation truly unravels a lot of people like Kaiser Franz might end up with more than egg on their faces!

Uncle (poorly) Sepp next! Interesting to see that prior to his being suspended,he trumpeted the fact that he had created the Ethics Committee,"good for the game, blah, blah" and anyone that was subsequently charged by them should abide by their decision, funny that now he's in the frame,he's rowing away furiously from his initial opinion, saying that they don't have the power, and that the whole of FIFA should make any decisions on future suspensions etc, mmmmmmm.
