Not complaining, just curious that Woodward/Glazers are walking the walk instead of continuing to blowing smoke up all our assess lol. David Luiz haha still cant believe the cheese eating surrender monkeys paid that much for him... Could have had him for half a month later. Like Suarez, I am just glad he is out of the country so we don't have to see their stupid faces every week. 7-0, i think that roughly equates to 70% discount hahaha. Agree, he's one of those players that gets away with so much off the ball dirty play.

@scholesunited: @i_Pizzatelli [ESPN-Argentina] - Real Madrid accepted an offer from Manchester United for Angel Di Maria. So he did not play.
Hmmm probably not true -- don't know if the guy is legit

So, Carlo denies that he left Angel out of his Super Cup team due to impending transfer, says he did not need him. Let me get this straight, your best player cannot go a full ninety, so you leave out one of your most versatile midfielders in a game against your cross city rivals. Either you are lying or you made a really bad decision there Carlo. www.espnfc.us/real-madrid/story/1998325/carlo-ancelotti-denies-angel-di-maria-departure

Wasn't in the stadium either

This signing is close I feel. Lets hope some ass bangers like city dont gassump our efforts at the 11th hr. If we get him I honestly believe we will get top 3. The effect on the rest of the squad would be huge.

Precarious this.
Everyone knows he's for sale now, I refuse to believe another top club won't come in an swoop him away to the wonders of the CL.

Despite what I said in the other thread re Khedira, I think this has legs. It would suit the profile of Wowoo's dick-swinging signings.

You'd have to think that any credibility Ed has hinges on this transfer.

The transfer of Angel di Maria to Manchester United is well underway according to all kinds of media reports in Spain. Marca says on Saturday that Di Maria and Manchester United are deep into personal terms negotiations and that the player knows '100%' he'll soon be out of the Real Madrid door.
Di Maria was excellent in the first leg of the Spanish super cup against Atletico Madrid after coming on as a substitute, he changed the game in Real Madrid's favour and Diego Simeone labelled him the best player at the club. Carlo Ancelotti heaped praise on Di Maria too and said that although the player had asked to leave the would still be picked until he left the club, or the transfer window closed.
That quickly proved not to be the case and Di Maria was left out of the Real Madrid squad for the match against Atletico on Friday night. Real Madrid lost, missing the impact that Di Maria had made in the first leg.
Then followed various Spanish journalists being quoted by outlets such as Radio Marca, saying Di Maria was most likely to end up at Manchester United. PSG can't make the deal happen and AS Monaco was perhaps never a goer.
A Manchester United move, as far as the Spanish press are concerned, looks on. El Confidencial have said Real Madrid now want €65m and that Manchester United is the club pressing the most.
That Spanish outlet said quite some time ago that Real Madrid had enlisted Jorge Mendes to sort some transfers out for them. The plan was to sign James Rodriguez and send Di Maria to Manchester United, one down and one to go.
