Falcao has obviously been below par, but I havent liked any other player loaned to us before as much him. Adieu falc Henrik Larrsson? How soon we forget! Yeah cant forget him, but Falcao was as likeable as Kagawa. Sad when good human beings dont prosper, and twats like Suarez, Slippy, Tevez keep doing well.

For the record, I hope he goes back to Atletico.

I hope we didn't exercise the automatic fee in order to negotiate a better deal.

@youngy18 - "Good luck for the future @falcao, top pro and person. Enjoyed my time playing alongside you at United "
Latest United player to wish Falcao well and talk about how good a player and person he is. We're making a big mistake not at least trying to sign him for a reduced fee.

Fixed ^ Lived 19 pampered years, always will be a legend Is that some kind of American Phar Lap/Makaybe Diva then? Secretariat is one of the greatest thoroughbreds ever. Won the Triple Crown in '73 and set records in all three races that stand to this day. He is rated 2nd behind Man O' War in the Top US horses of last 100 years When he won the Belmont stakes he won it by 31 lengths and set a record for mile an 1/2 of 2:24, that stands as the fastest ever on dirt track He was an amazing athlete

Jose Mourinho confirmed last week that he was interested in signing Falcao for Chelsea, and the Colombian striker has agreed to take a wage cut to move to Stamford Bridge, according to the Daily Mirror.
Chelsea still need to come to an agreement with Monaco, however, with the French club apparently pushing for a clause that would commit the Blues to signing Falcao for £30million at the end of a season-long loan.
It is a figure that may scare some in west London following the 29-year-old's less than spectacular spell at Old Trafford, but Falcao has denied suggestions it showed he is on the wane.
"It depends what criteria you are using," he said.
"People said I was not on the field and not scoring goals. But Falcao was always there.
"The speculation is not true. I am calm. Today Falcao is a more complete player."

I hope he doesn't go nuts when scum play United, but other than that, I can see him tearing it up next season. His quality before the injury was undeniable, and IMO what was hurting him last season was mental as much as physical. Even to favoring his leg, which can cause injury by itself. Jose obviously working on his confidence, and if that parlays into a return to form, Costa an Falcao in front of Fabs and Hazard is going to be scarey

Could end up with less goals than he had here. This is a deal to help Mendes. Some poor kid at Chelsea is waiting to get his chance & Mourinho doesn't give even the slightest shit. The way our fans pine over him is embarrassing. Wish he just buggered of to America.

You just know for a fact he's gonna rack up a 94th minute winner at the Stretford end next year...

In fact, name one young Chelsea striker full stop. Google doesn't count.

They have reserves & Mourinho will ignore them. This whole thing is pointless. He will barely play as Mourinho doesn't rotate, but when he does it will be either blocking a youngster they already have or one they could have bought.

I can't get myself to wish ill on the lad, even if he's going to the Rents. Still gutted at how it turned out. That said, realistically I don't see him getting enough game time there with a fit and firing Costa to get a 15+ goal season in.
I just wish he'd gone to Atleti or Juve. Would've been a lot easier to deal with. Can't help but feel that part of Mourinho's motivation is to use his experience at United as a way to fire him up. I don't wish a Torres or Shevchenko upon Falcao but United always comes first- if he's going to Chelsea I'd love for our Juan to outscore him again next season just to rub it in Mourinho's face.
