I thought we kinda bought Tosic to make Llajic feel more at home...but the deal never went through...not sure why we pulled out tbh...he seemed a decent player for his age...

Yet another clean sheet for DW today. TBF he played well and caused a few problems with his runs - probably Arse's best player But maybe should be pissed off because he's being played wide again .. which is the reason he left And we've needed him at times this season considering our captain is now a key midfielder |

Not exactly proving LVG wrong to sell him is he?
Decent enough player but never going to be prolific enough.
Still, he would score as many as Di Maria does playing up front, can't help but think it might have made just a little bit more sense to play Danny up top with Di Maria bossing the midfield if we LVG so wanted pace up there.

Danny was a good squad player - never good enough as a first choice striker but good enough to play wide or come off the bench - if he had been happy with that he would have been useful and would have won more medals that he'll ever win at Arse
He has a great ability to make sure he gets fouled around the edge of the box and that is useful for any team - I'm sure if he hadn't gobbed off to the media and got his head right LVG would have kept him

He came back from injury and looked rusty. Had one good chance. I stil think he might cause us problems this season.
