He should be dropped for the Derby for that, clearly not club endorsed. it's a shambles, every question is gonna be about that drama now

Told you we should have sold him if a good offer came in. Guy thinks he’s Mr Manchester United. 😬

I think it’s fine, don’t mind it at all. dont think hes said anything bad towards the club at all. more against the media etc who are writing stuff about him etc. i do think its the time for him to move on though. for his own sanity he needs a change of scenery, the club can get a nice fee and he still has some fans respect. its a win for everyone

Worth noting that the official United account on Twitter has been posting quotes from it. So I don’t think anyone’s arsed about it internally. And as Caino said there, nowt disparaging about the club in there.
I don’t really have a problem with someone saying they love the club or someone having a pop at the media. Fuck the media. The way they report on United vs literally any other club is disgusting. I think he’s put himself under a microscope because of the great work he did with the kids. Sections of the media are after him, without a doubt. Sections of supporters treat him differently because of it. (I’m not saying that anyone on here does that). Sections of the media don’t like young, successful black people. That’s factual. We’ve seen the way they‘ve reported on the likes of Raheem Sterling. I hate that sort of thing but being the actual person on the receiving end of that must be 100 times worse.
Having said all of that, he has been largely shit this season. I thought there were improvements when the front three of Rashford, Rasmus and Garnacho have clicked. But still far away from his best. And ultimately that’s what will determine his future at United in the long term.
But really, I don’t see a problem with this. It’s not going to put him under any more scrutiny than he’s been under since he flew into the Tory party, studs showing.

He should let his football do the talking. He is getting criticism because his performances this season have been largely shit. The Belfast bender was incredibly unprofessional especially when we are struggling this season. And while you can't blame his agents for milking his purple patch to get him a super duper contract optically it doesn't look good when this season he has been one of our worst players.
Even the greatest have periods of poor form and especially as a forward confidence can plummet. But his body language is pathetic and Erik needs to have a word with him about it. If he kept plugging away it would be easier for the fans to get behind him and back him to get his form back. Hojlund is a good example. He wasn't great first half of the season and a bit wasteful but you could see how hard he was working for the team and when the goals started to flow you couldn't be happier for the lad.

And if you loved the club you should realize that its shameful being outside the top 4 and knocked out of 2 cup competitions already and accept some responsibility considering that our goal difference is zero and every other team in the top half of the table has scored more Premier League goals than us this season and Rashford has only managed 5 Premier League goals himself. But it is quite common for young kids these days to get defensive and refuse to admit any fault or accept any blame or responsibility.

How about Rashford concentrate on his football. Actions speak louder than these emotional appeals.
He is a senior player , our main forward and one of the highest paid player in the PL playing in a team which has 0 goal difference. Enough said.

Spot on , especially the point regarding Hojlund.

If you don't want your commitment being called into question then don't give people a reason to.
Literally wimps out of every single 50/50, hasn't looked arsed all season but can't question his commitment 😂. Get fucked.
He's got people hook, line and sinker with that post fair play. Nothing like a bit of sympathetic PR to try to silence the crowd.
Actions speak louder than words.

Walk around with a thumb up your ass and putting in uninspired, unmotivated performances week in and week out but you tell us you are fully committed to this club... sorry don't buy it in the least bit. He has the best season of his career last year and follows it with dog shit. He is a veteran in the locker room and doesn't lead. none of that matches with what he is saying in that video...

Prove you deserve to wear the shirt on the pitch, and the rest will sort itself out.

He has the right to say what he wants to defend himself BUT His attitude on the pitch is pathetic, effort at times this season even worst. He like every other footballer needs to do their talking on the pitch, telling us about your past war stories is neither here nor there because there are others that are living the life you used to live. The here and now is that he smashed in goals galore last season, got a bumper contract and has been nothing short of pathetic this season.
Sorry Marcus, this one is all on you. If you aren’t scoring, then assist, if you aren’t assisting then at least put in some effort!
