Stats look good anyway. Hearing a deal has been agreed and united have piped Arsenal to the deal. Hopefully this will vet the spending ball going.  Btw, I'm pretty sure Carrick didn't play 28 league games last season! Herrera ain't a defensive midfielder either, didn't make it just passing it along  |

He is a quality player. This position has been chronically under invested in for a period which stretches back to 2008. Waiting for Hargreaves to become fit was like Waiting for Godot and then the make do and mend approach which was only held together SAF's genius. Schniederling has the qualties we have been desperately lacking in our midfield. He is dynamic, moves with speed and athleticism, has a powerful shot and defensive awareness. And most importantly, he is proven in the Premiership; he knows what the league is about. A good acquisition.
