Obviously. Thought that would be obvious seeing as I kept telling people to stop rollicking the guy with two weeks to go until we go on tour. I am with you on that. Though I don't understand a few things on how our transfers have panned out, I wont blame Ed for that. Especially on last seasons' transfers

It happens, and will continue to happen for as long as there are football transfers to be done

Stewart; does the thought of an Italian defender and their associated 'physicality' make you happy? it does but from what I've seen of him, he's more about energy. The 'Italian physicality' this summer will hopefully come from Otamendi, ironically enough.

Would've taken Coleman if we didn't have this option (still think he's a top player, just plays for an absolute cunt of a club). That said, first choice Italian defender in that position, you have to like our chances of getting a quality player. Massive added bonus of not having to do business with Everton. Because fuck Everton.

This sounds more likely by the minute, was thinking it was just a rehashing of sky italia sources at first but it seems to be spreading. Finally getting that RB we've needed for quite a while. This one seems to have gone the way of the 'LvG List', flirted with Alves while his future was unclear. Probably never that fussed on Clyne and I bet he asked for way more wages than hes worth. Coleman would have been another high up there, but probably would have cost us 3 times what this supposed deal will. Everton refused ~£28mill for a 28 year old Baines didnt they?
Its a shame about Rafael, but he just didn't grow out of the injuries. Tony V will be ok for back up and rotation, but we need a better footballer at RB. Heres hoping this goes through nice and quick.

Ian LadymanVerified account ian_Ladyman_DM Confirmed dialogue ongoing between #mufc and Torino over defender Matteo Darmian. A bit of old school off the radar United business, this.

As usual, the English press hasn't had a sniff and now pitifully trying to jump on the bandwagon..

Bayern and Napoli are amongst the other clubs who are interested, including United.
Mentioned on the radio. Hopefully we secure him.
