This kids just got everything about him - I'm going to say something, something controversial (possibly). I'd start him over Ibra up top and use Ibra as an 'impact' sub for 2/3 games...... Play a diamond and we can start both of them. Ibra linking up play as a target man, Rasher running with the ball or leading the line. Mata/Mkhi behind then a 3 of Pogba/Herrera with Blind/Carrick/Schneiderlin slightly deeper. O nly real losers are Lingard & Memphis, everyone else in our squad prefers the middle (or is at least equally adept there, as in the case of Mkhitaryan).

I haven't really watched a lot of Marcus Rashford interviews but this was fun!
Most memorable moment: "City away, 1 nil, to win it and get the goal, best feeling in my life" And he talks about playing with Zlatan and how he's helped him improve.

ANDER HERRERA ON MARCUS RASHFORD'S CURRENT SITUATIONMarcus Rashford might be the best footballer under 20 in the world - but he cannot be expected to score in every game. Ander Herrera has heaped praise on the Manchester United academy graduate, who made his debut last February and scored four times in two appearances to announce his first-team arrival. But since Jose Mourinho took over at Old Trafford and signed Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Rashford has made the majority of his appearances on the left wing rather than as the lead striker. And Herrera believes that Mourinho's tactics have added an extra dimension to the talented teenager's game. "We have to be patient with Marcus," Herrera said. "He is maybe the best talent under 20 years old in the world so he is giving us a lot. "But we can't ask him to score in every game and do what he did in his first season when he did what he did in his first five matches I think - something like that. "Now he is playing left so we have to be patient with him. "He gives us a lot of things and the most important thing for me is his defence, the way he reacts when we don't have the ball so we are very happy with him. "We have talented players up front so we are very happy with that - Anthony, Marcus, Micki (Henrikh Mkhitaryan) is in a very good moment, Juan is always scoring and creating and assisting. "We are very good in those positions so we will find the goals." www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/man-utd-fixtures-rashford-herrera-12302197Preach!

It would help if he was played up front. The difference between Rashford up front and ob the wing is staggering and you'd think Mourinho would be able to see that.

I think that Rashford is Mourinho's long term plan. He said himself Marcus is a number 9. Zlatan will be gone next season I think.

Zlatan is on course to finish this season with 25-30 goals (despite what I think is quite an horrific conversion rate). The odds of us letting him go next season are very small unless he asks to leave.

As long as Zlatan scores 25 - 30 goals who cares if he's around another season?
Raahford has plenty of time to mature into a full time striker. Look at what happened to Owen playing every week before he was twenty.
