This disgusting version of the Conservative Party needs to just be obliterated. A country needs a genuine centre right and a genuine centre left party, at least, that stand on principals and win votes by convincing people. Instead of what we currently have which is (mostly) a toxic blob of interchangeable 'what do the shoutiest lowest common denominator want to hear and we'll decide what else is important' wasters. I don't think I have ever felt such disconnect to politics. Northern Ireland is even worse FFS. |

The press have resorted to appeasing what is left of its readers by pushing centre right garbage and the creation of this GB News channel is another attempt by Murdoch to convince us that Fox News ain't so bad. Piers Morgan doesn't seem to do much else but fight with Trans folk despite having a million things to smash Tories over the head with. I hate the narrative that the Tories are still better than Labour. Really? It's that logic that's given us in NI little to shout about. |
